Returns & Exchanges - REPUTE Streetwear
We want you to be completely satisfied with your garment-dyed streetwear pieces. If something doesn't work out, we've made returns and exchanges simple.
Return Policy
- 14-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Please note: due to the nature of garment-dyed fabrics, slight color variations between pieces are normal and not a reason for return. Each piece is unique by design.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@reputevision.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return confirmation and shipping instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Want a different size? We'll process your exchange as soon as we receive the returned item — subject to availability. If your preferred size is sold out, we'll issue a full refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at support@reputevision.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including shipping costs.
Important: intentional distressing such as rips, raw edges, and fading are design features of our garment-dyed pieces — not defects.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Sale items marked as final sale
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — REPUTE is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
