Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days within Europe and 7–14 business days for international orders. Free shipping on all orders over €120. For full details, visit our shipping & delivery page.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from Europe. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Visit our returns & exchanges page to start a return.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. If your size is in stock, we'll process the exchange as soon as we receive your return. Check our size guide before ordering to find your perfect fit.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Products & Sizing

What does garment-dyed mean?

Garment-dyeing means each piece is dyed after it's been cut and sewn — not before. This gives every garment-dyed streetwear piece a unique, washed-out look with natural color variations. No two pieces are exactly the same.

Why do your pieces look distressed?

All distressing on REPUTE pieces is intentional. Small rips, raw edges, and faded areas are design features — not defects. It's part of our vintage-inspired aesthetic: beauty in the worn-out.

How do your pieces fit?

Our hoodies and tops are boxy and cropped. Denim and joggers are relaxed and straight. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.

Will the color change over time?

Garment-dyed fabrics may continue to soften and fade slightly with wear and washing — that's by design. Each piece is meant to evolve with you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. We never store your card details.
